The kids really enjoyed Dale. My daughter continues to mention that the balloons were great, but its Dale's jokes and funny comments that made it really fun. She say that she really enjoyed listening to Dale entertain the kids while the was making the creations.On a aside note, a couple of weeks after our event we visited the City of Chicago Halloween Event at the Daily Center Plaza. They had "Balloon Entertainers", who weren't very good or entertaining. For me, it really shows just what a great job Dale does.

I am happy to tell you in writing how happy I was that you came to entertain the girls at the end of the scout’s party. You really saved the day by accommodating us – so far north and on such short notice. (I was grateful for your professionalism & early arrival, too!)

The theme of my year as leader of the scouts was creativity – I truly believed in getting the creative juices flowing and losing oneself in the process. Maybe that’s lost on 5 year olds… then again maybe not – They enjoyed our monthly arts & crafts sessions immensely.

Your participation at our culminating festivities was a perfect tie-in because of your high level of creativity and skills. I think of what you do as a form of art – both in the production and in the presentation.  Of courses, the balloon sculptures where AMAZING and far surpassed anything anyone there had ever seen.  I received complements about your balloons for days & weeks afterwards.

It was the day before Blue & Gold and we didn't have entertainment lined up for the event. I ran into Dale at the Jewel Store where he was making balloons for the customers. Dale was flexible enough to entertain at our event that next day.

I've seen other balloon entertainers who make the typical swan hats, wiener dogs and balloon swords but Dale was the hit with his aliens, Oddie the dog, the balloon Boy Scout, and butterflies.

Dale did a great job in predicting the amount of time we would need to have him based upon the numbers of kids in the group. Everyone went home with a balloon.

My 'Show Girl' Balloon hat really attracted a crowd and lots of looks. My boss didn't think I would wear it all day, but after the great response and to just see people smile and laugh, was well worth me wearing it. I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for being close to our booth at the ASHHRA conference on Oct. 15th and 16th. The conference was very slow for most of the vendors this year because they always had the attendees in meetings but we were still able to capture a hit rate of 17%.
I talked with a few of my competitors at the conference and they did not have near that hit rate. I attribute this to you being two booths down from us. You had people searching for your wonderful balloon art and they would always wonder past our booth on the way to talk with the client you were representing. Just wanted to pass along a note about how enjoyable Kids Day was this past Sunday. My 2 boys did jumping jacks prior to the game, the fundamentals deck, got pictures with SouthPaw and Ronald McDonald, the rain room, tattoos, got great balloon hats and finally ran the bases after the game. Events like this continue to give us Sox fans something to brag about to our rivals on the North Side. Please don't change a thing.

The balloon dude Dale did a great job of getting balloons to all kids and was very personable. He made the minimal wait we had for the balloon hat enjoyable. I plan to keep his name handy for events of my own in the future. Keep him on the Kids Day agenda moving forward!!!!!
