Performing in the lobby of the bank is Magical Balloon-dude Dale. Dale will be making balloon animals for all that come out and celebrate National City Frankfort Location. Activities start at 9:00 am and go to 1:00 pm. National City Bank is located on the corner of Lincoln Highway and LaGrange Road.
