Poplar Creek Library Grand Opening Celebration happens May 31st.

Orland Hills, IL, May 29, 2009 – Come on out for a day of fun and see the new Library in Streamwood.  The Grand Opening is on May 31st, and along with all the festivities will be comedic balloon entertainer Magical Balloon-dude Dale.
