This Illinois entertainer learned from world-class jugglers, unicyclists, magicians, clowns, balloonists, fire-eaters, theatrical entertainers, and vaudevillians. “I did not realize at the time how lucky I was to be working with such talented people and the skills and techniques that were freely taught to me” said Dale “I have used all my entertainment skills over the years, but have decided I would rather be a Master of one form of entertainment, than a jack-of-all-trades. So I became a master balloonist.”

How it Works...

SELECT A DATE & TIME FOR THE FUNDRAISER and TEXT Dale to schedule a complimentary NO COST planning meeting. This starts the process while you finalize the program with the school and the PTO.

BOOK THE SHOW- this simple process finalizes the date, time, location, show requirement and insurance needs.

WE SEND YOU FREE MARKETING MATERIAL to help make marketing the show easy to students, families and the local community. Detailed handouts will explain where students can buy tickets as well as the show information.

We provide images for marketing on Facebook and social media to help promote the show.

STEP-BY-STEP MARKETING - We provide you with proven techniques to drive ticket sales using posters, flyers, emails, texts messaging, phone chains, and PA announcements. All designed for your event.

SELL TICKETS - We will provide tickets with all the information you need to print or set up electronic sales which can be completed on smartphones. Dale will work with you to help you get the maximum ticket sales in school and through local businesses outlets.

THE SHOW! - Sit back and relax as a veteran entertainer performs a family-friendly show that will have the kids and parents laughing, and the PTO bank account growing from ticket sales proceeds.

UNFORGETTABLE PHOTO OPPORTUNITY- after the show families can take pictures with the large balloon sculptures, giving the school added support through social media Facebook postings.

MARKETING AFTER THE SHOW - Imagine the smile on the Principals face as they walk into their school and on display are these large balloon sculptures for staff and family to admire, generating more talk about the great work the PTO is doing for your school.

LASTLY, CONCESSION STAND SALES - The school keeps 100% of concession stand sales, adding to the bottom line total for your fundraiser program.

You sell 500 tickets at $10.00 earns $5,000.00

Bonus! If you toss in the concession sales, ie, popcorn 100 bags at $2.00, plus soda at $1.00 per can, you can generate an additional $300.00. 

After paying for the show, the PTO earns net profit of $3,800.00 in one day! One 45-minute show. Now this is using moderate numbers. Keep in mind ticket sales are not limited to the school, but to the entire community. So ticket sales can exceed school size. Plus, if your gym can hold a large crowd, the potential is so much greater to make even more money for your school.

SHARING THE RISK WITH YOU!

If ticket sales fall short of the $1,500 - WE SPLIT THE TICKET SALES. If the PTO only sells 200 tickets at $10 - we split the ticket sales. You make money and get Dale's show at a bargain price.

If you know that you can generate a large crowd, then consider doing a buyout and earn your school an addition $300.00.
